Setting up a connection to Freewire
This page describes how to setup a connection to Freewire from scratch on a Windows 95 or 98 machine. It is assumed you have an existing ISP connection or have dial-up networking installed.

Double click the 'My computer' icon on your desktop |

Double click the 'Dial up networking' folder. |
| Step 3 |
Double click the 'Make New Connection' icon. |
| Step 4 |
Enter a Freewire as the name for the connection. Press Next. |
| Step 5 |
Enter the Freewire telephone number:
0845 638 9608 and press Next. |
| Step 6 |
Press Finish/ |
You are now ready to connect! Double click your new Freewire connection, enter any username and password and press the connect button. Once connected you can now launch your favourite browser and you are ready to go.
As an example the username 'free' and password 'freewire' could be used to connect.
