This page describes how to setup a connection to Freewire from scratch on a machine running Windows XP.

Step 1	Click on Start, select Control Panel. From here, double click on Network Connections.
Step 2	Double click on Make New Connection which brings up the connection wizard below. Click Next
Step 3	Select Connect to the Internet and click Next.
Step 4	Select Set up my Internet connection manually, then click on Next.
Step 5	Select Connect using a dial-up modem then click on Next.
Step 6	Enter Freewire then click Next.
Step 7	Enter the phone number, 0845 638 9608, then click Next.
Step 8	Enter your nodename and password, then tick all three options. Click Next.
Step 9	Click Finish.

You are now ready to connect!

As an example the username 'free' and password 'freewire' could be used to connect.
